The maple and spruce tonewoods are a tried and tested combination on quality cellos. Maple and spruce produce a focused and centred sound with plenty of body and tonal warmth. Their structural integrity makes them suitable to be used on the instruments that last a lifetime. The woods are hand selected based on their age, before being seasoned and hand carved. This results in a cello which looks beautiful and is very hard wearing, helping the player develop their own unique sound.

This Young Master cello comes as an outfit to ensure you have everything you need. The included Eastman case has a lightweight fibreglass shell for the best protection and optimum portability. The carry handles and backpack straps help you transport and stand the case up safely while the fully lined interior features a padded suspension system for a secure fit. The case also features a metal spike plate and hygrometer.
The included Jargar Classic strings are made of a flexible steel core which gives a warm and brilliant sound. They are the result of nearly 60 years of traditional, hand made cello strings development by a cellist for cellists. The included Orchestra * bulletwood bow is a quality, reliable upgrade for any full-size cello. A strong bow that will allow you to get plenty of power into your bowing, while still maintaining finesse. Perfect for the advancing student or aspiring player.
