Mic up your amp or go direct

The ESI gives you two options for recording electric guitar. You can mic up your amp using the XLR input. Or you can plug your guitar straight into the HI-Z instrument input (along with other instruments like drum machines and synths).

This opens up a world of possibilities. For rhythm guitar parts you might want to capture the full power of your amp with a mic. But for lead parts you might prefer to go straight into the interface from your pedal board. You can even try blending both together to create new, exciting tones.

USB powered

The ESI MAYA22 Audio Interface doesn't require an external power supply. It sources all its power from your computer, which makes it easy to set up and record anywhere. Just plug in and go.
