The Emerson Custom 5-Way Blender Prewired Kit, 500k is a high quality hand wired kit with Blender wiring that is designed to take your single cut electric guitar to a new level. The use of Emerson's Pro 500k Ohm CTS Solid Shaft potentiometers means your tapered volume and control knobs have better control when rolling down the volume knob. All pots are hand metered and matched giving you excellent consistency. The Custom Blender Kit uses the same Paper in Oil design as used in classic and vintage guitars, which allows your guitar frequencies to really stand out with maximum clarity. These kits are wired by hand one at a time in the USA with neat solder work on each one to ensure long-lasting durability, for a very reasonable price. The Emerson Custom 5-way Blender Kit is prewired with 22AWG vintage push back wire so you don't have to worry about wiring your guitar, and running the risk of damaging it. The kit has 1 volume, 1 master tone and a blender pot. When in the neck or bridge position, both pickups can be blended in to your personal taste. It’s possible to have all 3 pickups active at the same time, when in positions 2 and 4. All of this means that the user friendly design allows you to make changes on the fly with ease. It features 5 pickups and its soldered connections to the input jack are insulated with heat shrink for long lasting performance. It has a 500k-Ohm potentiometer and a 0.022uf capacitor that is custom-made by Emerson to give you the best possible quality. It also features a Treble Bleed mod to restore your guitar’s high frequencies that can be lost when turning down the volume knob.
