The Fender CB-60SCE Acoustic Bass Guitar is perfect for all ages and sizes, thanks to its compact concert body shape. Concert Body Shape

With its smaller concert body shape, the Fender CB-60SCE offers a comfortable size that can still pack a punch. Larger than a parlour guitar, but smaller than a dreadnought, this concert bass guitar offers a wide tonal frequency with excellent sonic balance and response. In addition, a smooth cutaway shape is also included and allows players to reach the higher frets with ease. With its smaller body size, the Fender Acoustic Bass is the perfect choice for smaller players or beginners.

Solid Spruce & Laminated Mahogany

Like others in the Classic Design series, the Fender CB-60SCE Acoustic Bass Guitar is constructed with a solid spruce top, along with a laminated mahogany body offering a traditional appearance and an excellent tone. Spruce's straight, uniform grain yields crisp articulation, along with a powerful projection. As well as solid spruce, mahogany provides the guitar with a beautifully lush, warm voice, enhancing the dynamic range to respond to every nuance of your playing.

Comfortable Neck

Featuring a mahogany easy-to-play neck, bass players can achieve effortless playability and comfort with fluid hand flexibility across the whole fingerboard. A rosewood fingerboard provides a warm, soft tone with natural feel, while the mahogany neck delivers excellent presence in the lower mids for extra depth. The Chrome Die-Cast tuners enhance tuning stability while adding to the traditional appearance of the Fender CB-60SCE Acoustic Bass.

Fishman CD Preamp

The Fender CB-60SCE Acoustic Bass Guitar also comes equipped with Fishman electronics, for use on stage or in the studio. The onboard Fishman CD Preamp features a control board mounted on the upper bout with an in-built tuner and control options for Volume, Treble and Bass.
