The Tambora Mexicana is a version of the Bombo drum found in Spanish and Portuguese speaking countries. It is a central figure in Mexican brass bands, particularly in traditional Banda and Tamborazo Zacatecano music, and in keeping with tradition, this Pearl Tambora features a cymbal mount over the frame, and comes complete with a collapsible stand and felt mallet.

Please note that cymbals are not included with this drum.
